Growing up in Arizona, it’s pretty much a requirement that you love mexican food. Unfortunately, that was something I had to MAJORLY cut down on, but Chipotle is Mexican food that is natural and fresh with healthy options (definitely not authentic, but that’s just my snobbish Arizona tastebuds…

This sounds good but the nearest location to me is 30 miles away… :(

Fruit - it’s what’s for breakfast. An apple, four strawberries, half an orange, a banana, 1/8 of a pineapple.

I just hit 200 followers! Thanks you guys! I feel like I should do something special… Hmm…

The giant batch of juice I made to drink for the rest of the day contains:

1/2 pineapple

4 large carrots

4 apples

4 oranges

10 strawberries

2 stalks celery

+ water

I had to water this down…It would have been sooo sweet otherwise. It’s super delicious though!

Breakfast day 1: Mean Green Juice

Once I drink this I will be juicing up a 64 oz container of juices so I can just stir and dispense whenever I want some for today. :P

Between this haul and the groceries I brought home two days ago, I think I’m ready to begin my juice detox tomorrow. My boyfriend decided he wanted to join the other day and didn’t tell me until now, so I see more trips to the store in the near future. He also told his co-workers he wanted to do it for seven days, so depending on how day 5 goes we might extend it, though I didn’t want to do more than 5 days without seeing my doc. I know my body pretty well, so I’ll pay close attention.
